These terms govern your use of treq, on the web and in the Android app. By creating an account you agree to them.
treq surfaces trade intelligence — buyers, suppliers, HS codes and company contacts — drawn from third-party trade data and public records, presented through a chat interface.
Accuracy. Trade data comes from customs filings and public sources that we do not control. Records can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. treq is a research tool, not a guarantee: verify anything you intend to rely on commercially before acting on it.
Actions in treq cost credits — searches, opening company profiles, revealing contacts. The cost of each is shown in the app.
Payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your plan renews on the terms shown at checkout; you can stop future renewals at any time.
If a payment is taken but credits are not applied, contact support@treq-ai.com with the payment reference and we will correct it or refund it. Beyond that, credits already spent on retrieved data are not refundable, since the underlying data has been fetched and paid for on your behalf.

Contact details surfaced by treq relate to business roles and are provided for legitimate business outreach. You are the data controller for how you use them, and you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to your outreach — including honouring opt-outs.
We aim to keep treq running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and faults happen. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or where payment fails or is reversed.
treq is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of data retrieved through the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signposted in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use treq after that means you accept them.
